Corona Cases in Nepal Today

Another 278 cases have been confirmed in Nepal. The number of infections confirmed in the last 24 hours. Now the number of infected has reached two thousand 912. In the last 24 hours, 4,232 swabs were tested in 21 laboratories across the country.

Tests at the Biratnagar Provincial Laboratory have confirmed the infection in 15 people. Of those confirmed infected, eight are from Sunsari, one from Jhapa and six from Morang. A test conducted at the provincial laboratory in Rupandehi has confirmed the infection in 22 people. Of them, 18 have been confirmed in Rupandehi Sainamina Municipality, two in Nawalparasi West, one in Arghakhanchi and one in Palpa.

A laboratory test in Hetauda has confirmed the infection in two people from Sindhuli. Similarly, infection has been confirmed in two persons of Bara. Tests at the Gandaki Provincial Laboratory have confirmed the infection in two people in Tanahun. A test conducted at the BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan has confirmed the infection in 19 people. Of them, 5 are from Bhojpur, 1 from Jhapa and 13 from Sunsari.

Similarly, four people from Kailali, one from Achham, one from Bajhang and five from Dadeldhura have been infected at Seti Hospital. A test conducted at Dhulikhel Hospital has confirmed the infection in 22 people. Of them, 17 are from Ramechhap and 5 from Kavre.

A laboratory test at Koshi Hospital confirmed the infection in 10 people in Jhapa. Tests conducted at the Karnali Institute of Health Sciences have confirmed the infection in 97 people. 90 of them are from Dailekh. Similarly, three people from Jumla, Humla, Ramechhap, Dolakha and Gorkha have been confirmed to be infected. A test conducted at the Rapti Institute of Health Sciences has confirmed infection in half of the people in Surkhet and Dang.

A test conducted at the National Public Health Laboratory, Teku, has confirmed the infection in 44 people of Kapilvastu, 1 in Bara and 4 in Dhanusha. Infection has also been confirmed in Gulmi, who is undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Kathmandu, and Kaski, who is undergoing treatment at Veer Hospital. Similarly, 17 people from Mahottari and six people from Rautahat have been confirmed infected.
