According to the WHO, there are over 40,000 cases of snakebites in Nepal and over 1000 deaths from it each year. Snakebite affects only the rural poor of Nepal and it thus a neglected medical hazard. People in these areas live in fear every snake season and this film hopes to start a dialogue among these communities on how best they can reduce snakebites and deaths resulting from snakebites.
