Nonprofit work by Centre for Green Economy Development – Nepal (http://cgednepal.org/) through the funding of Ramsar Regional Center – East Asia (RRC-EA)(http://rrcea.org/), presented their wonderful effort to raise awareness on the issue of wetlands. This video encapsulates the importance of wetlands in Nepal and around the world. Aimed to reach wider audience video also a glimpse of wetlands in Nepal, their functional cycle, and the biodiversity thriving in the wetland. This video discusses the negative effects of human development on wetlands and nature as a whole.
CGED Nepal hopes to start dialogue and discussion among people who will keep wetlands and the environment in their minds as they go about their lives.
Without the environment and without wetlands people will not prosper for long and not prosper together.
